Here's Our Story

We moved (my husband Michael and myself) to the area 8 years ago from Yorkshire. I am originally from Glasgow and Michael is from Yorkshire. My family have holidayed in St Monans for over 60 years and so this has always felt like home to me. From 2003 to 2007 Michael and I were property developers, re-furbishing period homes in the area, 7 of which have been in St Monans.

I have also been involved with running the local gala day, St Monans Sea Queen Day. This earned me a civic award which paid for an interior design course. With this and our experience re-furbishing property the shop was the next logical step.

Michael is an upholsterer and is also the talent behind our soft furnishings service.
